Ah, MP3. The most annoying music file format of the last century, now free of patent fees after all.
I also like to have music albums - at least in digital form - in individual parts, but I have been using XRECODE for years (under Windows). It's really nice software, even if it's not free. But that's what we understand here in this forum

I haven't managed to find a way to REMOVE a cue (split) point in this mp3DirectCut tool
it seems to be a basic operation, but how? To MOVE a point left/right you drag with the right mouse button

Re: blog: automatic MP3 splitter
Wouldn't it be easier to just delete it from the .cue file with a text editor?

Re: blog: automatic MP3 splitter
the program author came back to me and said that to remove a cue point, you select it and press E key (instead of DEL or whatever you might have imagined)
this for all those skeptics that say xplorer2 is weird

But it IS! The mere fact that other applications also have somewhat unusual key assignments does NOT make xplorer2 a non-weird application.

E could be for excise which is a medical/surgical term for removing something.
