Sort of Filter Folders based on DESKTOP.INI Icon

I often use Kilmatead's (May he rest in peace ) Folder Color add-on to add an icon for visual identification, etc.

Is there any way to sort or filter the folders based on the icon?

you could do something with the programmable column to scan the contents of desktop,ini
I am not sure how that extension works though
