where is zabkat chkshxtgui utility?

I'm trying to resolve problem with previewing pdfs. After working fine for years, it stopped recently. Adobe Acrobat, PDF Xchange and Foxit — none work now. I found mention of zabkat chkshxtgui utility in this post on a related problem viewtopic.php?p=76659&hilit=preview+pdf#p76659

I cannot find zabkat chkshxtgui.

Is it available, and if not, is manual registry editing the only alternative?

Using xplorer² 6.0.0.3 ULT x64 on Windows 11 Pro.
