My Activation code isn't working and I can't get a Reset code because the email in my profile is outdated; it has been made into a "forwarding address" by Cox.net. So by the time I get a reset code it's expired.

Is there a way to change the email address on line? I've check my profile here but did'n't find the option

do you have a lifetime key? You can change the email address in it when you request a free replacement key:

otherwise send me an email using HELP > ONLINE SUPPORT menu command
