The ?s in regard to ascii and 2xEditor and the latest Editor2.
Do they format text ? If so you do not read a log,ini,txt etc,or edit any system file with anything but Windows Notepad.My default viewer.
ascii was invented many years ago so you can transfer info from
eg: a Mac to PC.I saved much of my Atari computer info this way.
I gave x2 a look for a while and have been reading the posts.2x is really best for my needs at the moment.Split pane really makes working with files much easier.I used Winfile till long file names where messed up.Thanks for a great way to read and use my 4 drives.Remembering where i was last is indispensible for me anywy.I can't think of 1 improvement to suggest.
p.s.Who says nothings free ?
