Thumbs Don't Display Images - But Only on One of My Computers

I've been using Explorer2 for years, and rely on it very much. One limitation keeps me returning to the Windows Explorer on one of my Win10 computers is that the thumbs do not show as images. They show in my other computers. I'm not sure why this computer is the only one that will not update the thumb images. Can you give me some ideas for how to solve this?

I tried thumbnails today on this PC. It works today. Strange.

I will remember that you shared the link. If the problem happens again, I will switch to your idea of rebuilding the images (the slow way). Thanks!
