Toolbar Small Icons

On one PC when I right-click the toolbar the Small Icons selection is checked and disabled/grey. Why is it disabled? On other systems this works fine. I have compared all settings that I can think of between a working and this one non-working system but can't figure out the problem.

TLDR version: Either download a new skin or copy over the x2skin*.png files from one of your other systems.

or simply reinstall and leave all xplorer2 installer options intact
