I noticed an issue with duplicate search that x2 will not highlight all duplicates from a single folder, but will alternate highlight selection between the two folders being compared. This creates additional steps to now merge two folder contents instead of having one folder duplicate free. Check the screenshot for an example:

I remember a few years ago when I check a folder for dupes, I have to highlight the folder where I want dupes removed and compare it to another folder. After x2 runs the search, it will highlight all dupes from the initial selected window in the scrap pane. If for some reason I got it backwards and selected the 2nd directory for a duplicate search, it would highlight that windows files for deletion. Then I could just invert selection in the scrap pane to make my desired directory dupes highlighted and then delete.
Whats happening in the screenshots above are dupes are being highlighted from both Windows instead of the primary directory selected for dupe search.
For example:
from the first 2 lines in the scrap pane
Words of Wisdom Curt Catallo President Union AdWorks - Q\LibraryBiz is highlighted as dupe
From the 4th set down from the top in the scrap pane
Teaser (021) - Episode 1 -StartUp TV Show 2013 - Secondary\Startup is highlighted as dupe
Specifically, I'm expecting all dupes in either Q-LibraryBiz\Startup or Secondary\Startup to be highlighted, not a combination of both for single dupe files.
**I'm not referring to duplicates of files that happen to both be within the same directory AND within the opposite directory. In that case, dupes from both directories should be highlighted but the 1 unhighlighted directory should not be from the initial directory being checked for dupes (or vice versa)
Please review.
