Copy only some of my settings to another PC

How can I copy settings for Column Sets, User Commands, Macros and Programmables to a new PC without having to copy everything?

I DO NOT want the ribbon settings, various histories and all the other stuff copied to the 2nd PC... only the customized things mentioned above.

all these keys you want are under the global key xplorer2_UC.global, so you can extract it using regedit. (manually)
