Modify time in tooltip

I see you are following the Explorer convention of create time for exe's and dll's, and modify time for everything else.

I want to verify the timestamp of exe's and dll's before I deploy them, so it would be very helpful to have an option to always display the modify time.

(Yes, I know I can display details, but I like the extra space I get with files-only list).

I tried changing the InfoTip for exefile from "Create" to every permutation of "Modify" I could think of, and they all had the same effect: no text appeared in the InfoTip for or after the Modify keyword.

It seemed simple enough, but I'm probably missing something.
