CTRL+HOME / CTRL+END hotkeys don't work when the cursor is already at the beginning or end of the document.
For example, I have a long document. I have the cursor at the beginning of the document. But when I use the scrollbar to scroll to the bottom, then use CTRL+HOME to try to return to the top--it doesn't work.
Can this be fixed?

can you make a hotkey to scroll to top/bottom without moving the cursor?
