I just recently updated mine to 2.4.X... since having done so, it constantly crashes! Most of the time, it occurs during start up of the program. Nothing else on my computer has changed... (other than regular Windows and driver updates).
Running Windows 7 Ult. 2GB ram, 512MB Video, on an ASUS P5GC-MX/1333 motherboard, Intel Dual Core 2.66 CPU...
Any help would be great... I would hate to have to stop using this awesome program after so many years of problem free use...

Re: Freezing/Not Responding Issues
use HELP > CRASH INFORMATION menu command and email me the report. Usually this is down to some buggy shell extension you installed

Re: Freezing/Not Responding Issues
most probably it said that it cannot find any crash information. Are you sure xplorer2 crashes or it just stops responding?. If it just hangs, see here for the kind of information I'd need
