I've noticed this problem for some time running xplorer2 v3.1.0.1 x64 on Windows 7 professional 64 bit. If I create a folder using F8, a window pops up where I can enter the name. If I keep the default "New Folder" it will create when I select OK. If I enter another name for the folder and then select OK, xplorer crashes. This behaviour is very consistent and repeatable. when I restart xplorer and go to the location where the folder was created, it is labelled "new folder". What I've noticed is that if I am very quick and type the name of the folder within 1-2 seconds, it will work but if I take my time, it will always crash. I've been working around this for a long time, just creating "new folder" and then renaming it (which works), but I thought it was worth posting.
Thanks in advance.

Re: xplorer pro consistently crashes on new folder creation
you must have something else installed that pops up a window... usually when you press F8 x2 creates the 'New Folder' and highlights it so you can rename it...
