There was a related post on this back in 2010 but nothing since then... doing a large file search (25000+) (on a USB attached hard drive, user files only) sometimes but not always causes the scrap container and the main window to hang, for an indefinite period.. sometimes it hangs after it has found *all* the files, other times when it is short of the total by two or three hundred..
Has anybody else found the same problem? does it have anything to do with windows search index being corrupt?
Am using x2 3.2.0.1 x64 on Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit with all updates applied......

please obtain the latest version 3.3 and if you see this problem again please see the instructions on this post to send me the hung process dump file
it could be that xplorer2 is just busy doing something, e.g. if you are sorting by a slow column and there are thousands of files to process
