Ghost progress dialog disappears when closing x2

During some weeks I've seeing a progress dialog (what it appears to be) that shows and closes quickly when closing x2.

I've been trying to get the pattern and I couldn't, but I think it's not related with a robust copy/cut leftover window. I even thought that it might was caused for a dialog that I forgot to close, but it isn't. It seems to be happening randomly.

Nikos, although x2 is apparently closing properly, is there any way you can see the problem with some log or report?
