so you mean to save rename parameters as a set for easy recall later? Not a bad idea! In the meantime you can use macros to setup different sets of options for the rename dialog

and i do not use the macro feature that is too buggy and risky.

why do you say that macros are buggy? Perhaps they are hard to manage but where are the bugs? can you give me an example?
