My xplorer2 has been momentarily freezing, like 8-10 seconds whenever I want to open up a mapped network drive's folder. I don't recall having this issue; started within the past year.
Is there a setting to turn off reading the folder when you click on a network drive? Revisiting the same folder during the same x2 session does not have any freezing.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Thank you,
Sha

Re: Freezing when accessing network folders
do you have the "fast network" option checked? See TOOLS > OPTIONS menu, Advanced property page

Re: Freezing when accessing network folders
if that option is ticked, there's not much else to do. The first time a network is accessed, things get slow. I suppose if you access the same resource with windows explorer (the first time), it should also be slow (?)
