which overwrite confirmation dialog?

Just curious .. when i move files from one pane to another, sometimes I get the standard Windows "Replace or Skip Files" dialog. Other times I get the Xplorer2 overwrite confirmation dialog. What determines which of these two dialogs pops up?

whether you use F5 or copy/paste (drag/drop)
