It should be 61504 bytes, signed by me (nikolaos bozinis). No need to RUN it! You can delete the file if it downloads, if not please let me know which browser you are using?

File got downloaded with no fuss through Opera Browser, Firefox, Google Chrome, CCleaner Browser, and Brave Browser. Vivaldi thought the file could harm my computer, but the download was OK.

I don't know what they are doing, they never approached me about "ransom", and the IP addresses they use are reported as abusive, so I cannot be their only victim
it could be general tomfoolery, although you'd expect in this day and age everything to have a $-motive behind it

They are perverted, and get a kick out of causing other people trouble. A friend of mine, whose job is Cyber security, says most of them are loners and have nothing better to do.

anyway, I blocked all direct downloads and we'll see where this takes them.

I did not have "ransom" in mind. I meant people in the security business offering paid "protection services" against DDoS Attacks.
