Suggestion: Transfer rate limit controls in Copy / Move Dialog

Often I am copying or moving large quantities of data.
Its great that the copy / move dialog has a pause button but I think it would be useful to have controls to limit the rate.
For example Fast / Medium / Slow, and associated settings for these rates.

That way if I am doing a big copy I can lower the impact on my network or PC without pausing it and then having to remember to unpause it.

if you use TOOLS > ADVANCED OPTIONS menu there's a tweak to slow down file copy
