Snow in Greece!!

The Troodos mountains are very much snow laden

sure, but only the top 100m of the mountain! Last week we've been to Macheras thinking of discovering snow but it was "asymptomatic"

Now that is the kind of scenery I would have loved hiking in when I was able too.

I was in Cyprus last week and went to Pano and Kato Lefkara (somewhat in the mountains) and there was no snow there either, but my mother-in-law's village, Kyperounda, is well and truly snow covered.
