multimonitor updates for deskrule/declone

deskrule version 2.41 and declone v1.21 are released (use HELP > CHECK FOR UPDATES menu command to get yours

they should fix issues with multi-monitor setups where one monitor has different DPI from the main screen. Please let me know if it works well for you or you have any leftover glitches
