Scrolling redraws slowly

Even on a sufficiently fast Windows 10 machine, horizontal scrolling through the Miller columns will leave artifacts.

I know that this is annoying to fix, but I wanted to leave it here.

it can't be a generic issue because on my laptop I don't see these glitches
