Zooming helps, but the font is so small to begin with, that to get to a really comfortable easy to read size, you have to zoom in so much that you can not see the entire width of the lines, and you'd have to scroll left and right. The lines in this PDF have about 175 characters per line, as compared to a typical 110 or so.
Much better IMO to have a more readable font size to begin with.

pdf doesn't have a font size, it depends how big a portion of a page you are watching

Open “x2docs.pdf” in SumatraPDF.
On the top toolbar, click to activate “Fit Width and Show Pages Continuously”.
The font size will look much bigger if you have a screen large enough.
