The question one should ask is: Why do you even HAVE faulty shell extensions? Why do you install broken software in the first place?

indeed... but some are tested only for windows explorer, hence the need to wear a helmet!

My approach would be:
  1. Report the bug,
  2. get rid of the thing.
But what do I know, right.
