Always on Top & Minimize to Tray

In an old post the program PowerMenu was recommended for this purposes.

I only want to tell you that i just found a similar, but imho better freeware program, which has additional functions like minimize to floating icon, favourites in common fileopen-dialogs...

The program is called "DialogMate", works well under Win2000 and XP and can be dl (25kB): http://www.weird173.net/apps/dlgmate.html

Thanks, uwee. Been using Powermenu a long time, this does a lot more.
Neither prog works with Opera, however.
