2xExplorer - Can't see folder data!

Hi everybody:

I am trying to see the information of all the files contained in my disk C: and I can't (anmore, it was possible before). No window pops up and I get a message saying that the folder is totally un-cooperative, or something like that... Does anybody now what that might be???

looks like there's a read error or some access violation of some sort
hard to tell, sorry!

Does the problem occur only when trying to use 2xExplorer?
... and not for regular Windows Explorer ?
... or both ?
