Finding duplicate Fies

What's the best way to identify duplicate files in xplorer2 (given that they may be scattered widely in a directory tree)?

I've got a wizzy batch file to delete them en masse when found, and they can be identified easily when comparing directories side-by-side- that's all really. really good.

But to really make my day I would like to be able to find them across a wide directory tree, so that I can know which directories to compare side by side.

x2 has a duplicate checker to do this automatically
but that is reserved for the shareware version
unless you have one of the earlier alphas, you won't be able to sample it yet, sorry

Nikos, Thanks for the response.

I think I had that in an alpha until I upgraded to your Feb. alpha release, then couldn't find it again!

Can you predict when the shareware version will be available?
