have your say
What would you feel a program like x2 is worth? How much would you be prepared to pay for it?

I would like to clarify that the current version .59 is nowhere near the state of the final article. Some betas will start flying up by the end of this month (hopefully) for all to see.
What we are talking about here is a proper application with help files, good-looking customizable toolbars, adjustable keyboard shortcuts and programmable menus.
On top of that you get all the functionality that exists in .59 and of course the unique scrap frames, all bundled in an executable under 500K !
I would appreciate if you considered all this when making your valuation

I guess i have plenty of time before it gets ready...
wich is good since i'm not yet a complete person, i'm not part of the worthy race, not one of those noble beings only known as credit card users. Ok im overriden by sarcasm i'll cut.
Since getting a FM isn escencial i'd pay 100MXP ± 50MXP, make the conversions...

Hi !
I suggest that You simplify the pricing model as follows:
Have one version only, namely the fully featured one.
(1). Pay for commercial/business/government use
(2). Free for personal private use
Then as users try it privately & find it indispensable the word will spread & they will use it & recommnend it to others (including their employer).
The danger of having a lite version is that the majority of people will use this as it is free & will do the same at work.
They will never get to experience the value of the additional features in the full package & thus You will only get their recommendation for the free lite version.
Cheers,
Roberta

i can see what you are saying but people that have seen how the "pro" version works and what it does, they'd rather steal, crack it, whatever, (or even buy it
) to get its advanced functionality and support
btw the "lite" version is free but people can't take it with them at work, that will be "illegal" (of course i'm sure many will do it regardless...)
