Hello

Post by Homer J »

I've just fond 2xplorer and xplorer2, and this forum,so just a quick note to say hello.

I found 2xplorer yesterday and then came across xplorer2. I'm assuming xplorer2 is a later version and therefore the one to use, correct?

If so, how do I uninstall 2xplorer - it's not in add/remove prgrams and I can't see any uninstall option.

Major thanks to the developer - it seems to be exactly what I was looking for, and hello to everyone on the forum!

Greetings, Homer J, and welcome to the worlds of 2xExplorer & xplorer²
Actually, the two are very different products, and can be considered to be independent, even though xplorer² (x2) is evolved from 2xExplorer (2x)

2x development has stopped. So it is a "final" version.

x2 is a more advanced product, and its development is continuing at a rather rapid pace as it proceeds towards an upcoming freeware/shareware release.

So you can install and run both independently -- they do not conflict with each other. Pick one or the other or both. (I use both) :D

if you want to "uninstall" 2x, just delete it
