Copying Newer files over older files

I want to copy all of the files in a sub-directory from C:/ drive to D:/ drive. I only want to copy the newer files on to the older files of the same name. If the file in D:/ is newer, then the copy from C:/ would not take place. Can this be done with 2xExplorer?

in the end this feature didn't make it into xplorer2 v1 either

there is a way too complicated workaround, flattening both your C and D in a dual pane scrap frame and doing F9 and sync-copy, but you'd be better off using xcopy
