No key email.

I just purchased your program but so far it has been a half hour and I still have not received a key.

Plus when I go to check my order status it says no orders have been found.

i take it that you have ordered through share-it
you are the first person to report a problem
usually you get the registration key online if you pay by credit card, followed by an email notification

please send me a private message with your order details and i'll have a look!

This is bull. It has been over a hour and on my order status it still says payment not yet received. I want my key.

please be patient
payments need anything from 4-24 hours to be cleared
unfortunately i can't do anything about this since share-it is an independent body; if you still haven't received the key by tomorrow then i'll escalate the investigation

but i have quite a few transactions with them already and there has never been any problem!
