How does one sign up to translate xplorer^2?

I guess the time is already right, so... how do I proceed to localize xplorer^2?

you need a good knowledge of resource editing and visual studio 6
but let me finish with the first translation first

hm... I guess that only Resource Hacker is enough - that's what I have used for translating to serbian of 2xExplorer!

(although, that is complicated way of translating! Much better is when program have its own language file...)

resource hacker is incompatible with the file format used in visual studio and it is going do be a wasted effort if you consider future version translations
