build 1003 is out, mainly bugfixes and some stuff in registry.txt
sorry no new translations
till simtel updates their listings you can get it from here

there's the updated manual too which now you can download as part of the installation process

It's nice that the updated manual can be downloaded as part of installation process - but the user has to know to expand the help selection menu & check the box for it.
(Understandibly, it's not the default.)
IMO, that menupath should be expanded by default so the user has the choice in view, or it will be missed by 90% of users.

the manual is big and takes bandwidth
the college server is stressed as it is
ergo: not downloaded by default!
