navigating back/forward

for ease of navigation how about a dropdown in the back and forward buttons as per most web browsers? navigating back towards root is great with the clickable title bar , forwards not so easy

if you right-click a titlebar you'll see a list of the most recently visited folders there. The full manual explains many of these time-saving features
