about select filter

In 2xExplorer,I can use Alt + Num+ select the same Extension files to fast than type Extension or select Extension from "select filter",but,xplorer2 remove this function? Why not join it afresh?

i removed that because in 3 years i never used it once in 2x!
x2 has this fast thing for selecting by wildcard in general
Mark | Select group accepts plain names too, so instead of *.c you can just type .c for the same effect
