Why not to add a feature (maybe a ON-OFF toggle button)
to automatically display folder sizes without having to
press CTRL+D after changing tree level or other file changes?
I know it's a heavy operation, but one could disable it at
anytime... while sometimes it is necessary to repeat the
command several times !
BTW this feature is already in the wishlist. As you know, the implementation order depends upon criticality/usefulness of features in the wishlist; and we do have other pressing matters at hand... But then Nikos sometimes bows to public demands also (example: free disk space).
So get together your likeminded friends and create a din!
One more thing: the Lite version may not get all of the new features...
I concur - a toggle would be useful. There are times when I wander the harddisc manually searching for big things and pressing Ctrl+D is a strenuous activity.
No objections to it being a pro only feature, as i am fully paid up
For PRO, there is always the ALT+D command, which gives you the size of any folder; and you can browse the tree interactively. Tip: users of the Lite version can understand this feature by referring to the User Manual.
Just throwing in my "Yeah, me too!" I'd love to have the ability to toggle on/off the display of folder sizes as a default view that refreshes automatically, without having to hit CTRL-D.
