2 annoyances

1. Move the splitter when you have a picture in the preview window and it mangles the picture preview


2. When you have text only preview option in the preview window , sometimes it shows 4 columns of hex characters (or rather 8 hex char in bunches of 4 - 2 hex per column) , and sometimes it shows 8 columns (16 hex char in 8 columns - 2 per column))

Have tried in version  1.1.0.1 [Unicode].

the idea was that this window won't be resized often so the paint problem isn't going to be an issue; clearly for some people it is

2. the hex preview shows as many columns as will fit within the available width

When I click on a BMP, if it is large, I get a hex preview, or a test view or somethign, instead of a thumbnail.  Also just wish it could show a mini Word document instead a text view because before I scroll past all the garbage to the meat of the document, the preview usually says more....

you can adjust many quickviewer properties
for example Tools | Options | General | Thumbnail size limit can be set to 0 so that all big files are previewed (now your big bmps are over the limit that's why you get hex)

you can also select how many bytes the text previewer loads, that's on the 2nd options page

in the next update i'll add an activeX previewer for the pro version
that will allow you to preview word and other documents more intuitively
