[console] Repeat command toolbar button

Alt-F10 is nice for repeating the last command.

It would also be nice if the console had a button to the right of the command entry to execute the command -- instead of having to place the focus in the field and pressing enter. (ie, Similar to the button in firefox to the right of the url entry.)

This would allow for mouse-only use of the commands/history.

one day i'll add such Go/execute buttons next to the addressbar!
