deleting folder in folder view: sharing violation?

trying the lite version, nice piece of work

but there's a little thing that's annoying me: when deleting a folder in the tree in folder view, I get a sharing violation error.
that happens when the contents of the folder are displayed, I leftclicked the folder first.
rightclicking on some other folder in the tree, and deleting it (foldercontents are not displayed in right window) it is not a problem

dunno much about programming, but it seems to me the program itself is responsible for locking the folder that I want to delete.

MS windows explorer can delete the folder in the tree without any problem

this feature is important for me: I want to look into the folder before I delete it.
is there a fix for this?
