Small update bug in tree window

When I delete subdirectory in tree windows (left side), deleted directory doesn't go away instantly even it's successfully deleted.

Running latest version of xplorer2 (registered version).

there's a small intentional delay in refresh
in some exceptional circumstances refresh may fail altogether but you can forcibly refresh the tree with ctrl+R
