Non-profit use?

I saw where the program is free for private and academic use but not for commercial use. Does a non-profit organization qualify for free use?

as long as an outfit has salaries and expenses it doesn't qualify as private

Thank you for your quick reply. I am exploring the program and will make a purchase decision shortly. If I opt not to purchase, I will delete it from my computer.

Thank you for your work in developing the program. I was impressed by my first look at the program. It seems to hold a lot of promise.
