Check Fit

Post by WaRPiG »

okay this is going back a bit now, but in the old days of the Amiga, there used to be a program called DirectoryOpus, it had a feature on it where you could select a few files and click on a button to see if the files would fit in the destination drive, thence the name check fit, would it be psosible to do this on x2?

I do a lot of xferring of files and it might be nice to be able to just highlight the files and click/select checkfit to see if they will fit on to the destination drive without messing around to much

yes, there's an option to calculate sizes upfront and it will warn you if there's not enough space

in a future version i plan to have a command in Mark menu that will select items that tally up to a certain user-specified size
