New version 1.2.0.1?

I saw on the homepage that there is a new version, 1.2.0.1.
In the readme it says that it uses now CMD files in the batch conversion process and that there is a spanish translation now.

Are these the only changes?

And you must also change the right hand side of the webpage.

basically this added a translation and hopefully corrected the false adware alert, nothing much else in it!
