add . (current directory) to pane

Hi,
I am really missing the right-button-context-menu availibility to start e.g. a shell or a dedicated program in the current directory.

(I hate to go to the parent, do it there, and then return to where I started)

Why not add the current directory as an entry in the directory view panes?
