Possible to set a background bmp on xplorer2 toolbar?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to set a background bitmap for the ExplorerXP toolbar? This has become a useful feature for file managers with the increased focus on the principle of least privilege. A lot of developers and administrators like to use a custom background bitmap when browsing under their admin profiles to remind them they are using administrative privileges?

This can be done in windows explorer by adding the string BackBitmap to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar containing the path to the desired bitmap.

There is a popular freeware utility called resource hacker (reshacker) that allows you to add, delete and edit bitmap, icon, menu and accelerator key resources. It seems to work on xplorer2 and should do what you want.
