'Keep me updated' Newsletter Problem

I've been trying to sign up (on your website) for your 'Keep me updated' newsletter and I keep getting the following message. Please help. Thank you:

Error 403: Forbidden!

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and
the request SHOULD NOT be repeated.

looks like your browser doesn't like the standard form
(just tried it with IE and it works fine)
