Why does a file manager require admin rights to be installed???

the LITE version can be installed somewhere you can write to, eg c:\zabkat. Otherwise you can install it at home and copy the files to the target PC. The PRO version requires admin rights for installation so you'd have to ask your sysadmin
also note that the lite version is for personal use only. So really you can't use it where you work, you'd have to buy the pro version
