Vista copy/paste, drag/drop crashes xplorer 1.7.0.5

xplorer v1.7.0.5 crashes when using copy/paste, drag/drop functions and F5 between panes. File copy to desktop from xplorer pane works. File copy from desktop to xplorer pane results in long delay rendering xplorer useless and unresponsive. Vista version is "Business". Vista's debug ouput for xplorer and "kenny" is:

i've heard this from a few other vista users, it is definitely a vista bug. In the professional version F5 works because it is using an alternative copy mechanism. There's not much to do other than hoping that vista's SP1 will fix this and other bugs

F5 doesn't work in the Lite version.

It's easy to blame Vista as it is a very big target, but copy/paste and drag/drop functions involving file copy/move works in every other program I use in Vista (and the list is long) except xplorer.

the crash report you submitted shows that it happens in SHELL32.dll which is a system dll and not xplorer2

The program crashing is xplorer2_lite.exe not shell32.dll.

c0000005 is an access violation - basically something in a process is
trying to read memory it does not have access to.

The same functions that crash xplorer work in every other program I use.

it now seems that with vista service pack SP1 this type of crash has magically been corrected. Any people with vista home editions that have this type of problem after they install SP1 please let me know
