Translation to Finnish

Hello! I really like this software, and I would like to translate it to Finnish. I don't know what program is needed to translate but I am familiar with Visual Basic (if it helps).

there used to be a finnish translation but it was abandoned some versions ago. If you know how to use a resource editor, get this file and follow the simple instructions

you can use the old finnish translation as a starting point or just start from scratch
